I skipped pushup 2 nights in a row, so I made them up this morning and will do my daily set tonight to get back on track. I realized my life is very quite now. It used to be full of music all the time... I think I need to charge up my mp3 player and get back into the grove!
136.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
