Week 4 of insanity which is really week 2 because the first two weeks were non productive. I need to find a better bread substitute and start bringing chicken to work instead of deli meat to meet my protein goals
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
