Oddly, I’m not discouraged. My body seems very happy to settle around this number. There are times in my life when my weight seems to “settle” at a certain point. Once it was around 180 for a long time. Then it was 170. Now it’s 160. It will take a lot to jump start it to move. It will take a lot of willpower and determination. I’m not sure I honestly have that at this moment. My clothes fit well. I can exercise and chase the kids without getting winded. My current goals have more to do with overall health and balance (spiritually, mentally, relationally, and physically). I will have to decide if I really want to shift things right now to pursue a lower weight. We’ll see...
