I'm calling this fake news for now until it sticks, don't think I've been under 200 pounds since middle school. Ate light yesterday, haven't been properly working out for a few weeks, and the diuretic effect of all the coffee I've been drinking lately is certainly flushing out some retained water.
199.9 lb Lost so far: 95.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
