Same weight three days in a row. My first plateau of sorts. I hope it doesn't last long.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's normal body function to stay the same weight for a few days or more. If you get stuck for a few weeks, you know you are on a plateau. Just keep going and the scale will move again.
