Back on track after my birthday weekend last week where I put on. So excited to be under 150lbs. 2.2lbs to achieve my next small goal of 10st 7lbs. Onwards and downwards!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
