Good start to the week. Sometimes habits are harder to break than you think. I normally get a Grilled chicken Pita sandwich and Fries on Wednesday when my kids have Gymnastics. I didn't even think about it until I had eaten the whole thing, (of course I was starving...), that I probably should skip the fries in the future... Still ended up only a couple of hundred calories over my limit, so no permanent damage done.
