I have felt so bloated the past few days and my digestion seems to be halted. I tried drinking more water, but its not helping... maybe I need to add some Bean-O to this high fiber diet.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
