I keep doing the chloe ting workout but I haven’t been dieting :’) I’m also really stressed about sat prep and so I’ve been food binging a lot ughhh I just wanna lose some weight..even a kg would be great
131.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
