had a massive cheat day Saturday at Andrew's then pizza and icecream with the kids. I honestly didn't even enjoy the pizza very much but the kids loved our pizza party
157.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
