akhirnyaaa mulai menuju normal BBny .. waktu #dirumahaja 2bulan timbangan hampir ke angka 46 😅 setelah new normal, langsung back on track lagi.. waktu di rumah nyokap tiap hari buat kuee.. ga donat, bolu, putu ayu dll 😅
95.9 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
