I’m ok with this slight increase. My weight loss journey will not be linear, and that’s ok. It was nice to go on a date with my husband this week and forget about counting calories. Back on track with photographing my every bite (sorry for the boring posts, but it keeps me accountable), counting every calorie, and weighing in daily!
157.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
