I Been On My Diet For A Lil Over A Week....Consistent With Nothing! Ugh!! Keeping Under The Calorie Count, But Has Yet To Change Eating Habits, No Work Out Sessions, Lacked On Sit Ups...Some Change/Progress Is Better Then None. #3Lbs Lost So Far.. *Take'n Steps Back Doesnt Mean You Cant Cont. To Step Foward.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
