1804 kcal Fat: 79.96g | Prot: 60.58g | Carb: 216.65g.   Breakfast: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry,  Chocolate Covered Espresso Coffee Beans, Cream of Wheat Chocolate Instant Hot Cereal. Lunch: Pringles Sour Cream & Onion Potato Crisps, Lean Pockets Bacon, Egg & Low Fat Cheese,  Celery , Golden Corral Spinach Quiche. Dinner:  Cooked Eggplant (Fat Added in Cooking),  Watermelon ,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch Yogurt Dressing,  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Chili and Cheese on Bun, Quinoa Salad. Snacks/Other: Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses (1), M&M's Dark Chocolate M&M's (1 oz), Kroger Large Pitted Black Olives, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Keebler Coconut Dreams Cookies. more...
