Tips and Tricks? Well, unfortunately, the only tips and tricks I know include eating 1200-1500 calories of healthy food and exercising. Well, spanx might be considered a trick ;)
I do find that if I eat a bowl of low calorie soup with my meals I tend to lose more weight. Also, Atkins can help you lose weight pretty rapidly. I went on Atkins for a couple of months and sort of jump started my dieting but there were too many downsides and now I am on calorie count. But, Atkins made dieting easier because I had already given up sugar and processed food for the Atkins.
