Okay, let's see how much weight I can lose in a month and a half - I have a big event with the one and only Johnny Weir and I need to look fabulous. Any tips or tricks you all use for rapid weight loss and toning/
239.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Tips and Tricks? Well, unfortunately, the only tips and tricks I know include eating 1200-1500 calories of healthy food and exercising. Well, spanx might be considered a trick ;) I do find that if I eat a bowl of low calorie soup with my meals I tend to lose more weight. Also, Atkins can help you lose weight pretty rapidly. I went on Atkins for a couple of months and sort of jump started my dieting but there were too many downsides and now I am on calorie count. But, Atkins made dieting easier because I had already given up sugar and processed food for the Atkins. Good luck!!
