I'm using the Leslie Sansone walking tapes for this challenge. the 15 minute 1 mile walk when i get up at GAG 5:30 in the morning, and then I have two 15 minute breaks during my workday. I usually do the 15 minute 1 mile walk during 1 of those and then my 20 yr old daughter and I like to do the 2 mile, 30 minute tape at night.
