Maybe better than I expected after a week of vacation. Having to go easy on the activity for the last few days, and maybe another couple days, has been difficult but I know I'll be better off long term if I don't overwork a stress injury too quickly.
206.3 lb Lost so far: 88.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
