Nothing to say, I’m eating too much of the wrong thing and not working out. I have to get my mind right! Pushing the reset button today. Wasn’t going to get in the scale, knew if I didn’t I would just keep going down the path I’m on. I need to log my foods. When I do that, it keeps me accountable. Well, gonna get back at it today.
