i hit a plateau! near the half way mark that is when it gets tough. im doing more physical activity. we can do this mike!!! we can do it!!! we already came so far. we can push through till the end even if we hit a 1000 brickwalls. we can do this! winter time is always the toughest for me. but im trying hard to keep active

The 10kg I gained during the lockdown I can feel in my back and knees it sucks and the lockdown sucks and the siggarette ban isn't helping either so my mood bit so great

The extra weight is a killer on the back... make one wonder how i was able to move at 182.2kg without back pulling out.

True. So so true.im trying to push through this time. Even if my back hurts. Thats the biggest bummer ever. Oh not to mention the feet🤦♀️but im challenging myself. For the month. Whenever its not raining. I'll walk home from work. Its 1.8km walk . Short cut ofcoz🤭but i have a new motto each step is a step closer to ur goal.
