I've been measuring my waist as well as weighing in..a few days ago when I was 193.5 - my waist measured about 39 in. Today (without squeezing the measuring tape) I was 37 in! I usually do corset waist training..but I havent done it all this week since I started. 😋 So I know what I am doing is working. -Sidenote on what I am doing: Intermittent fasting, eat 1st meal in afternoon about 2, 3, or even 4pm...eating one big main meal and another smaller meal..only 2 meals. Eating 3 eggs omelette with veggies for brunch then veggies and meat at dinner and maybe a yogurt for dessert. Yesterday I did allow myself bread..the low carb one..so I am not 100% keto..but I am trying to eat mostly keto style.
