I'm so frustrated about these high numbers. I don't see my muscle definition like I did. it's still there but I ate my feelings all last week and now my hard work is hidden. gotta get it back!!!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
