Mostly vegan except for sushi, eggs, yogurt
104.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1732 kcal Fat: 71.59g | Prot: 98.06g | Carb: 164.35g.   Breakfast: Cherry Tomatoes, Avocados, Egg White, Egg. Lunch: Firm Silken Tofu, Peppermint (Mint), Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Cucumber (with Peel), Mangos, Cooked Soba Japanese Noodles. Dinner: Steamed Hard Shell Crab, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Tortilla Corn Chips, Avocados. Snacks/Other: Cheesecake with Fruit, Beer, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Slivered Almonds, 1% Fat Milk, Sweet Red Peppers. more...
