A new month a new beginning. I need to be more disciplined in my food choices and exercise routine. I need to strive to improve myself. I have no one to blame except for myself. I need to do better. I must be better. I will be better.
257.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
