1874 kcal Fat: 74.47g | Prot: 91.04g | Carb: 201.86g.   Breakfast: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry,  Watermelon ,  Chocolate Covered Espresso Coffee Beans, Cream of Wheat Chocolate Instant Hot Cereal. Lunch:  Chicken Salad, Einstein Brothers Bagels Everything Bagel, Ready Pac Kale Cranberry Pecan Chopped Salad . Dinner:  Sweet Cherries (Queen Anne, Bing), Smithfield Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin,  Cooked Eggplant (Fat Added in Cooking), Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch Yogurt Dressing,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: M&M's Almond M&M's, Smirnoff Vodka, Kroger Salted Peanuts, Harmons Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie, Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses (1), Snickers Snickers Bar (Fun Size). more...
