Here’s to transparency. Up a pound. Last night my 6 year old made me an unexpected snack of saltines and honey. I also had a 100 calorie chai tea latte. I’m ok with a setback. As my coach used to say, “The best part of a setback is the comeback!”
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
