Week 2/6 to lose 6lbs and progress is again slow! Hoping to get under 11 stone by next week, it’s proving to be quite the challenge 😩 still took my measurements this morning and think I’ve lost and inch from my stomach since first measuring 3 weeks ago, although I don’t entirely trust the accuracy of my measuring skills 😂 obviously something isn’t quite working so am focusing on portion control and a stricter calorie count this week 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
154.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hate it when progress slows. But don't give up, a drop is still a drop and next week all your hard work might just show up like wow!!!
