My plan of photographing my meals and snacks is really working to keep me totally accountable. In the 150’s! Woohoo!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1744 kcal Fat: 54.32g | Prot: 66.86g | Carb: 257.99g.   Breakfast: Mangos , Baby Carrots , Bananas , Baby Spinach, Espresso Coffee, Oatly Oat Milk. Lunch: Panera Bread Chicken Noodle Soup (Cup), Panera Bread French Baguette, Panera Bread Asian Sesame Salad Dressing, Panera Bread Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. Dinner: Balsamic Vinegar, Lamb Roast, Mixed Salad Greens, Trader Joe's Cubed Sweet Potatoes, Brown Rice. Snacks/Other: Marshmallows , Junior Mints Minis, Peloponnese Kalamata Olives, McClure's Pickles, Mt. Olive Pepperoncini, Del Monte Diced Peaches in 100% Juice, Almonds , Bananas . more...
