First Day Of Dieting....Think I Did So So, Had A Battle Between Will-Power & Cheeze Its...Sad To Say But Cheeze Its Won....
174.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
