I can blame the pandemic on this weight gain but at the end of the day, it’s my decision on what I put in my body and finding alternative methods to staying active. It’s a new day and time to get in the right mindset.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
