So yesterday at work they had all kinds of goodies including Marks Feed Store. Now today they have pizza! My fav and I can smell it from my desk. This is crazy! But I can make it considering I lost another 3lbs, although I'm starting to think the first 10lbs was really water weight. Also my stomach is grawling but I'm not hungry I thank God for holistic medicine like Dhpl. I can do it only a couple weeks left of this shenanigans.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
