I’ve been nighttime eating bad the past couple of nights. Not gaining, but not losing much either. I try to keep it healthy but sometimes that damned bread or chocolate just calls me! Lol any advice to reduce those cravings? Or is it just something I have to work past?
191.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We pre-cut a bunch of veggies. I use them for when kids want pre-dinner snacks and then the left overs are my evening snacks. I too am a night time snackers, bad habits from late night study sessions.
