Im getting a bit of a late start to my workouts this morning BUT it's ok though! Im just listening to my body and rolling a bit slower...maybe there's a reason for me to slow things down a bit. My sleep was excellent! My body feels less tired than yesterday and my mind still feels very refreshed. I should have gone back to my old sleep techniques a long time ago. I feel really positive and also meditated with my dog, Tonka. I think he likes meditating too! :D
I lost ONE (1) more pound this morning!!! I cannot wait to get the rest of this weight off! My smaller clothes are calling my name! And im on my way!
