towards the end of the day i'm starting to feel a little light headed. and to make this worse my husband decides to bring home digorno pizza. ugh. but im glad i made it through R1P2D4.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
