Yg masih kepo soal Body Fat, bisa langsung search di Google pakai keyword 'Body Fat Calculator' ya... Tinggal pilih aja mana yg lebih sreg di hati.
Yg pengen fokus Fat Loss; keep in mind, kalo BMI udah mendekati ideal, loss weight itu ga selamanya baik ya... Kalo yg hilang otot, bisa merana hidup kita ke depannya 😭😭
Usahakan calorie deficit nya di angka -500 / day, dan jangan memaksa cut consumption sampe dibawah BMR. Ini bahaya bgt, nanti malah kena yo-yo yg bikin stress.
Anyway, tetep semangat semua yaaaa
