Did better yesterday. Stuck with my plan. I wanted cookies in the evening so I made sure my Wii Work out was at least 45 minutes to make up for it and I made my deficit goal :)
Still need to focus on being focused LOL taking a little effort this week. It's good for me. The beginning of my journey might have been a little TOO easy LOL but that was good for me too. I like know ing sometimes it's easy,helps me get through the tough times like the holidays ahead! I am SOOOO glad I have access to a computer at me Mum's house!
Old Man Scale: He is apparently still being kind even though my calories were on the high end of legal yesterday :) I did drink lots and exercise to make up for it. When I wanted "sweet stuff" in the afternoon I had a French Vanilla Tea with Splenda and it worked ;)
Exercise was a little less enthusiastic than the night before, but still definitely better than the tail end of last week. And the important part is that I did it! (I did start Firefly as my next watch on free-step, BTW if anyone cares, heheh)

Floor and mid = Met! Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 6.5 from now. Definitely a s..t...r...e...t...c...h, So I am stretching for all I am worth! (but hell if I miss it and hit 240 instead, how amazing is 23lbs down in the November Challenge? eh? Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 11.5 from now!
Next Mini: 240 (1.5 more lbs weee) then on down, down down! (My bar should go orange sometime VERY soon, now!)

Nor staying up playing WoW until midnight (did not start until EVERYTHING else was done and it was almost 11 by that time!) Sat: Power Yoga! Sun: Wii Fit Balance only. Rest day? If I have not taken one earlier in the week. May still do a walk
