pleased with the weight dropping, yesterday did yoga brun wk 2, push up prep strength and mobility, legstatic workout, Zumba exhilarate and Zumba 30 min. washed and vacuumed upstairs. fat is 42.2%... still not fat burning but keeping to the 1200 Cal's.
