Just stayed in the 130's after exercising this morning. I did 30 min of floor strengthening and had less than 20 min to run, so got on the treadmill and met my challenge of running 1.5 miles in 15 min. I find I am really liking to challenge myself with these little mini personal challenges in my exercise. I will be heading out shopping for some jeans or pants this afternoon, we'll see what I find.
