Trying to eliminate gluten from my diet! Going to be hard, but I noticed whenever I eat pasta, I gain weight. Almost no matter what. Any time I eat any kind of noodles, I gain a few pounds the next day. When I eat rice (and other non-glutenous carbs) no weight gain. I don't have a severe reaction, but we're going to try it and see if it helps. Today I lost a few. Gotta say, that's a good start.
