On the 26th I ate chess cake, 1slice yoghurt cake, bacalhau à lagareiro, fresh baked whole meal bread. 26-29th weight went up 2kg, from the 30th I started to loose.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
