Keeping the scales in a set place and hoping they record movement accurately even if there’s a question mark over if the weight is correct.
Been at Davina’s Own Your Goals for a week now and starting to feel a bit different even if it’s not reflected in weight yet. Cravings for sweet stuff have evaporated which is amazing for me! Hoping to keep at it!
157.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! 4lbs down in a month. Not amazing but nice and steady and considering lockdown I’m more than happy with that!

It is tougher in lockdown isn’t it? Definitely not complaining at my loss, quite pleased and very happy to continue at this pace :)

I think it has been tougher during lockdown, not so much choice in food and less exercise for me, and more alcohol but we won't talk about that 😂 keep up the good work 👍
