Dear journal,
I ate nonstop today Breakfast I had a 1/2 chocolate ensure plus 175 calories
Lunch 🍴Taco salad (without the meat and sour cream) I only ate the salsa
Homemade chicken noodle soup one cup
Dinner I had cheese tortellini with red sauce 1 cup
Mixed vegetables a half a cup
Brownie I have 56 cal
82.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
