today I feel good about the week so far. I had a little gain this .orning from Sunday morning, but I didn't sleep at all Sunday night. I ate clean the last 2 days, except for my wine last night before bed. tonight I weigh the same as I did when I got up this morning! I hope that exercising the last 2days and eating right has jump started my weightloss! I'm leaving for reno in 8 days! I would LOVE to be down to 125 by then and down to 115 by June 21st for my river floating trip. kinda waited late to get started this year, but I need to get it done asap!!
