Hi everyone, I am in need of some ideas of some high fiber foods without increasing my calorie intake to much Thanks yellow

I'm not a expert or anything but aren't bananas high in fiber? I don't think they have too many calories. I do know that bananas are really good for you, especially when they're towards the greener side.

You can do Metamucil, I really love Fiber One Cinnamon Coffee Cake bars and Fiber One Chocolate deluxe Brownie bars. 70 calories.
