1920 kcal Fat: 150.92g | Prot: 107.19g | Carb: 29.81g.   Breakfast:  Tomatoes,  Cheddar Cheese ,  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) ,  Chia pots. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pork, Nola Original Mayonnaise , McCain Hawaiian Stir Fry. Dinner: Knorr 1000 Island Salad Dressing , Grated Cheddar Cheese, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Not Eaten),  Tomatoes,  Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Cheddar Cheese, Pick n Pay Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, Pick n Pay Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, Safari Peanuts & Raisins. more...
