Thx, I am going extreme for 1 week with only 500-750 calories per day. Hope I can hold on 😊

Good luck! And remember, if you start feeling weird, take some electrolytes or just go ahead and eat. My go to meal for low calorie days is my chicken fajita plate. I use a whole chicken breast, shredded and seasoned with fajita seasoning, roughly half a bell pepper and half an onion sautéed in a pan with a touch of olive oil. Diced tomatoes and jalapeños. Then depending on how high I want my calories to go, I’ll top it with taco sauce, a little shredded cheese and sour cream. I’m stuffed for only 600-800 calories, and I get tons of protein for my muscles! 💪 I eat it all the time, if you want to check it out there are a thousand pics on my profile page. I do OMAD though, so that might not work for you. Let us know how things go!

Thank you for the tip :) I had turkey breast and broccoli today leaving me still under 600 :) I keep close track about my mood to. When it is to much I'll just stop.
