Thanks Pascoal! I was stagnant for about 3 weeks, and started dropping some kg’s last week again. I’m so very happy about it, it’s so demotivating when you hit a plateau. But I suppose it’s just your body saying: “Give a minute, need to get used to the new you!”💁🏼♀️ You are also doing really well, fasting is such a life changer 🤗

You will hit those plateaus but like you said, stick it out and it will move again 😄 fasting is definitely helping me as well. Best weight loss tool there is. And it doesn’t cost a thing❣️
