I finally got on the scale which is a big deal. Now I know. Was getting frustrated with the jeans and measurements. Nothing changed. Not one inch! I do need to exercise. Not sure why I'm stalling there because I know better.
261.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

are you eating enough? it really helps to use the food tracker, that can give a lot of information on what we should add or cut, whether you are getting too many carbs, not enough calories or fat etc..

Two things stick out to me when I looked at your last entry-too many nuts and Vodka...neither of these are allowed during induction if that is where you are in your diet. I would get rid of both of those and do a clean induction for two weeks. I was also stalled due to lack of veggies and am on my second week of doing it right and it seems to be going ok for me.

That journal entry was for food I ate at a party. I tried to take low carb "snacks" that would keep me away from the pizza. Thanks for the feedback - I really appreciate it!

glad to see you are back to using your food tracker. stay w/ a clean induction and we can take a look again in a week or so to see how it's going...
