Goal WFH. maintain berat segini diselingii olahraaga. gak muluk2 minta turun, alhamdulillah kalau turun. kalau WFH pasti makan banyak, ditambah ibu masak 😐 mana bisa nolak masakan ibu coba.
118.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
