Thanks Char60 and amberrozell! This is really becoming a lifestyle for me and I love it. The most important thing is how good I feel, no more sluggish, tired, and constant full feelings. I hope the both of you are doing well, WE CAN DO THIS! Thanks for the encouraging words.
