Not feeling so hungry. Today is the first day of the new schedule so there was plenty of time to make breakfast this morning. Eggs and bacon. Interestingly, last night I did not feel hungry or crave my usual after dinner sweets. Was pleased to see 5lbs off today, and that was before a BM, but I'm sure much of that is water weight. Anyway, I gotta say, I'm feeling good about these positive changes being made. No smoking, walking and getting these extra pounds off! Yay me!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
